Our expertise includes 2 patents related to "Purification of Algal Extracts and Their Applications", proprietary formulation methods, analytical chemistry, nutraceutical development and plant phenotyping.
At our own R&D Innovation Lab in Zanzibar, our international science team works together with local institutions such as the Zanzibar Fisheries & Marine Resources Institute (ZAFIRI).

We work with communities of local women seaweed farmers and are doing our part to empower the coastal community by investing 10% of profits in social projects in partnership with the Milele Zanzibar Foundation.
